There’s more to performance than what happens on the surface.
Owl Eye Performance Works sits at the intersection of performance, personal development, and hypnotism.
This is a place to learn more about the work, the thinking behind it, and what you can expect when you work with Owl Eye.
Why Owl Eye?
OWL
EYE
Wisdom, perspective, and the ability to see through the darkness of automatic responses to find clarity.
Focus, attention, and the observer's mind required to recognize patterns that no longer serve you.

PERFORMANCE WORKS
A partnership grounded in trust, where the facilitator acts as a dedicated guide toward your goals.
Action-oriented strategies designed to bridge the gap between capability and execution.
So, what is hypnotism?
Hypnotism is the formal practice of creating a state of hypnosis—a natural state of focused attention and absorption. It is important to distinguish the tool (hypnotism) from the state (hypnosis). All hypnosis is ultimately self-hypnosis; the hypnotist acts as a guide, teacher, coach, and facilitator, helping you access the resources of your own mind.
Questions are part of the process. Let’s clear up a few things.
Myth: You lose control.
Clarification: You remain fully aware and in control. Hypnosis is a state of heightened focus, not a loss of willpower.
Myth: It’s like magic or sleep.
Clarification: It is a grounded, physiological process. You aren't asleep; you are deeply engaged and present.
Myth: I can't be hypnotized.
Clarification: except in rare circumstances due to specific mental disorders, nearly EVERYONE can be hypnotized. In fact, you likely enter a hypnotic state several time per day already! Just before sleep, while driving (have you ever suddenly "come to" and realized you don't remember a portion of your drive?)
Sometimes the conscious mind knows what to do while automatic patterns continue doing something else. You can care, prepare, and know exactly what you want, and still struggle with automatic responses that hold you back. Hypnotism provides a direct way to work with these automatic patterns rather than just fighting them with willpower alone.
Hypnotism is the tool.

I have long been obsessed with why brilliant people falter when the spotlight finds them. Owl Eye is the result of that inquiry—a fusion of hypnotism and performance philosophy designed to help you bypass conscious resistance and align your automatic mind with your greatest ambitions.
Why use hypnotism?
Perhaps the best question isn't simply,
"Can hypnosis help me?"
But rather,
"What could I achieve if I removed the barriers standing in my way?"
You may be a good fit for Owl Eye if you know what you're capable of but aren't consistently accessing it; you've prepared, practiced, "tried harder" and still find yourself getting in your own way; you want to change an unwanted pattern; you're interested in how your mind influences performance; and you're willing to participate actively in the process.
Let's start with a conversation.
What Owl Eye is—and isn’t.
Owl Eye Performance Works provides non-therapeutic hypnotism and motivational, performance-focused coaching.
It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions, and hypnotism is not a replacement for appropriate medical or mental-health care.
Owl Eye can help you work toward goals, not diagnose or treat disorders.
